Currently I am working as Section Manager in US based Architechtural coating Industry Behr Process Paints India Pvt Ltd. Pune. Research and Application Development Centre. I am associated with development of new products, process optimization, and product development. Developing formulations for performance enhancement and increasing stability at various conditions. Prior joining Coating industry I was associated with Aquapharm Chemicals, earlier I was associated with similar job profile at Intec polymers, Silvassa at south Gujarat as Manager in Dorf Ketal Chemicals (I) Pvt Ltd,(Earlier owned by Sanmar Group). Prior joining Intec polymers I was associated with Elkay Chemicals Pvt ltd, Pune.
