I am a Project Manager at National Grid, currently delivering customer connections projects that enable customers to safely and efficiently connect to the electricity network. My role involves coordinating engineering and construction activities, managing stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving projects from application through delivery. I hold an IOSH certification in Health & Safety and am actively developing in-depth knowledge of construction and engineering regulations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.Prior to this, I built a strong foundation in data analysis and business operations across financial services and publishing. I worked as a Data Analyst at Barclays within the Customer Remediation space, where I analysed large datasets, developed queries, and automated processes to ensure customers received accurate and timely outcomes—supporting a customer-centric and regulatory-driven environment.Earlier in my career, I spent three years as a Data Operations Analyst in the publishing industry, followed by roles in financial services focused on financial crime and risk-related projects. These roles strengthened my skills in data interrogation, requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and process optimisation.I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking, regulatory awareness, and project delivery experience, allowing me to bridge technical, operational, and stakeholder needs. I am highly motivated by problem-solving, continuous learning, and delivering outcomes that create real-world impact—particularly in infrastructure and customer-focused environments.
