Project : Offsites and Utilities for Vinyls Complex (Dahej & Nagothane)Client : Reliance Industries LimeitedScope : EPCMResponsible to manage all quality assurance and quality control activities performed by Bechtel as part of its EPCM scope of offsite and utilities project for two vinyls complexes (Dahej, Gujrat and Nagothane, Maharashtra) for reliance industries limited.Key responsibilities include maintaining effective liaison with customer, forecasting quality related job hours, securing budget approval, monitoring charges to the project quality budget, initiating staffing requirements, managing recruitment and onboarding of quality personnel, quality trainings, lesson learned program, closed loop corrective action program (CLCA) using Devonway, planning and conducting internal quality audits, periodic reporting of KPI and quality performance status to senior management and customer. Furthermore, the role encompasses pre-qualification and quality evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors, reviewing material and service requisitions, conducting causal analysis and root cause analysis, overseeing the disposition of non-conformance reports (NCR) as well as ensuring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
