I\'m a strong technical research professional with over 9 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, specializing in Inhaled product development, and over 5 years of experience in the Sports Nutrition industry. My background in Pharmaceuticals, with a Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy and a Master\'s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Greenwich, has provided a solid foundation for my career. My journey in Pharma started with particle engineering, produced a range of engineered drugs for respiratory product development via crystallization & spray drying process, and played an excellent role in process development & scaling up to commercial scale. Eventually, I moved to the CMC team for NDA & RLD inhaled product development. I played a crucial role in early formulation development & transferred different formulations to GMP facilities for clinical & stability batch manufacturing. I have strong technical expertise in Inhaled Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs), Dry Powder Inhalers (DPIs), Nebulizer Formulation & Product Development and Inhalation Product Testing (Impactors, DDU, etc). My decision to diversify my skill set led me to the Sports nutrition industry. Here, I focused on oral solid dosage forms (Tablets, Capsules, & Powders) & introduced over 100 products to the business. I established in-house tablet and capsule production capabilities for the business (tablet press, coater, and capsule filler) and extended the capacity according to the production demand at different sites. My key role in developing robust formulations and manufacturing processes at a commercial production scale demonstrates my strong technical formulation development skills and commitment to quality. As a result of high commitment, the business delivers over 60 million pills monthly worldwide with YTD £XXM. This role gave me strong technical expertise in sports nutrition market strategy & introduced pharma expertise into the sports nutrition business with chewable, effervescent, extend-release formats, dry scoops, etc. In addition to Pills, I played a vital role in the continuous improvement of the business in various product segments (powder, cookies, gummies, and soft gels). My robust problem-solving skills were instrumental in resolving the manufacturing issues associated with powder products and significantly reduced customer-based complaints CPMU about the business. I also played a vital role in reducing manufacturing downtime and improving product quality.
