As a synthetic organic chemist, I leverage my robust theoretical and practical expertise in designing, identifying, and optimizing synthetic routes, particularly through the development of innovative catalytic enantioselective reactions, synthesis of CNS penetrants, and antibody-drug conjugates. My skills are pivotal in addressing critical challenges within research and drug development, as I spearhead the synthesis of target molecules, aiming to enhance potency and ADME properties.
