A recruitment professional is a seller at both ends of his business. He\'s selling the candidate\'s skills to the employer and the employer\'s suitability to the candidate. One of the most important aspect of a job is camaraderie! People must feel that they are working with \'their kind of people\'. In this age of artificial intelligence, I consider empathetic Human intelligence to be my trump card (no pun intended;) I understand the seriousness of the process of hiring. Something that forms an important foundation stone in the making of a great business. People and technology are two of my favorite topics. Be it infrastructure or environment management, application development, web development, cloud computing or data analytics/big data. I understand the needs and find matches.
