I have a passion for providing excellent customer service and technical support, as well as learning new skills and technologies. As a Retail Wireless Consultant at OSL Retail Services and an Onsite Support at Microsoft, I help customers and clients with a variety of devices and platforms, from phones and tablets to laptops and desktops.I have also completed an associate\'s degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technician-Networking from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where I gained hands-on experience in managing Exchange server, Azure administration, Active directory, Wifi and network setup, troubleshooting, remote desktop operations, backups, and database management. Additionally, I have earned multiple certifications from Cisco, including CCNA, Introduction to IoT, and Introduction to Cybersecurity, demonstrating my knowledge and skills in network administration, cloud services, and data protection.I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities in the IT field, and I strive to learn something new every day. I value hard work, dedication, and collaboration, and I aim to contribute to the success and growth of my team and organization. I am looking for a role that will allow me to apply my technical and interpersonal skills, as well as to expand my knowledge and expertise in the IT industry.
