Was a part of the successful resolution in one of the IBC mandates of power sector. Involved in cash flow monitoring, coordination with the stakeholders of the project, verification of financial and operational creditors claims. My responsibilities at Jana Small Finance Bank were to monitor and execute recovery of loan dues from the customers of Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha Region through issue of demand notices and loan recall notices. I was the SPOC for these regions conducting Lok Adalat for speedy recovery of multiple instalments from the defaulters. Looked after 18 branches through coordination with people from different level of the organisation like Branch Managers, Cluster Heads, Regional Managers, Zonal Head, Legal team and Field Staff.
