Engineer, Divisional Engineer and Sr Divisional Engineer/Delhi had exposure in quality and safe maintenance (Manual as well as Mechanised) of Track and Bridges etc. More than six years of experience in operation, maintenance and inventory management of spares etc while working as Executive Engg, Dy Chief Engineer/Track Machines and Modernisation, Well acquainted with the track monitoring and non-destructive testing of track such as USFD/TRC/OMS etc • Contract Management: 1. Works Contracts: While in DMRC, CSPs, Railway Divisions had vide experience of planning, formulating tenders documents, invitation of bids, finalization and execution management of civil engineering and track works contracts. EPC FIDIC 2. Procurement Contracts: While working as Dy Chief Engineer/ Track Machine & Track Supply Procurement dealt with large numbers of procurement contracts. • Administrative & Human Resource Management: On all these posts handled cadre management and establishment matters including Industrial Relations issues of a large work force of all type non-skilled to highly skilled. SBU Head in RITES Ltd. for GC/PMC/DDC works of Delhi Metro, Nagpur Metro, Ahmedabad Metro etc.
