Providing time critical solutions to any technical break down which can affect our broadcasting, inter station connectivity, internal networking and printing, Air conditioning, Power supply and Communication facilities etc. This includes hectic trouble shooting related to Software like DAD, Powergold, Visual Traffic, Gateway, Drop Box,Streamline,Axia ip driver, Axia I profiler etc Equipments like UPS, Servers, Work stations, Mix Engines, Element Console, Axia nodes, Router selectors, Modems, Codec, telos and KVM extenders etc. Any technical issue related to Transmitter, Exciter, Omnia and other CTI equipments. STL s like leased line, RF and ISDN. Routers, Switches, inter station leased lines and File Servers. LAN, systems and Printers. Critical split AC units in UPS room/CTA/CTI and AHU supply for studio. Power supply/ DG Backup supply at Studio and CTI. ISDN Pri, EPABX, phone in program lines, internet, Broadband, FWT, Wireless Data Terminals etc.
