OIL has India’s largest single location integrated manufacturing facility of over 100,000 square metres. Our captive Steel Foundry is dedicated to manufacture only Valve Castings. Our metallurgy includes Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel & Super Duplex Stainless Steel & Exotic Alloy Grades like Hastelloy, Inconel, etc.This gives us an edge & makes us the only fully integrated valves manufacturer from India.
Our Foundry is Norsok M650, AD 2000-Merkblatt WO, ISO 9001:2008, CE (PED) and IBR approved. We are registered & have CRN # from ABSA-CANADA

Nuclear application Valves, been highly critical, call for high integrity design, manufacturing, testing including seismic testing. Oswal is among the very few companies that has successfully undergone these test requirements under direct surveillance of Nuclear Power Corporation of India.
Our In-house Laboratory & Testing facilities are supported with Spectrometer, UTM, Impact Testing, Pyrometer, Hardness Testing, Micro Structural Analyser, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye Penetration, Radiography and Pressure Testing facilities, PMI, Fire Safe ,Cryogenic Testing ,Helium Leak Detection, Black Light Testing for Oxygen Service & Cleaning.
