I ensure organizational compliance with all relevant policies and the codes of practice for social care, while leading key documentation efforts such as child‑centered planning, risk assessments, and the development of various activity programs. I manage the implementation of behaviour‑support frameworks, including the PACE methodology, and I am responsible for maintaining precise, comprehensive daily records. I also supervise financial budgeting and expenditure, and I drive educational initiatives by fostering a conducive learning environment on‑site. Additionally I facilitate positive relationship‑building between young people and their families, friends, and the broader community, and I provide overnight‑support coordination as required.
