I am a Tax Manager with Deloitte Tax - NFTS-PSG IM TRAM. My teams works on automating tax return thru TRAM (Tax Return Automation Module).Currently we support partnership and corporation returns for both Federal and States filling requirement.Before moving into PSG IM TRAM, I was part of Deloitte Tax - NFTS Tax Accounting & Reporting for Debt Investments (TARDI) group, which deals with debt instruments and bonds and analyzing their tax implications. I worked on the taxation of debt instruments and financial products, specializing in corporate bonds, syndicated debts, mortgage loans, and consumer credit pools, structures financial products (e.g. MBS, ABS, etc) and various types of securitization.
