Inventory Management Looking for BGV process in site and taking approval for new join at site also monthly report to prepare for sharing with client and payment process. Cafeteria management including cutlery and crockery requirement to track on monthly basis. Making of attendance and looking for compliance for the support staffs. Internal and external mail handling Vendor management/procurement of material and any stuff for site, quotation and layout approval. Looking for day to day administrative work. Responsible for ordering office supplies. Making MMR and other reports on monthly basis for soft services. Petty cash management Ensure all invoice payment on time and managing tracker. Event management and meeting arrangements. Handling Ariba tool for order of stationery and track monthly consumptions. Responsible to order approved medicines as per requirement and manage consumptions. Parking data management with monthly audit of parking allotted spaces. Handle the process to vacate the building during pandemic time, managed all data for personal belongings and smoothly handover post RTO
