As a Store Head, SECI IX -540MW and SECI -X - 300MW, Total 840 MW wind project materials handling, control and monitor with different 05 zero point in various places. Optimum utilization of resources at inventory level with monitoring and controlling around value INR 2500Cr.of Civil, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, PPE items of WTG execution & maintenance works required materials, EB Substation, EHV line BOP materials are maintained with systematic & established to all materials in SAP MM Module.Monitoring & control for 05 nos of big storage yards in various places.Monitoring & control materials receipt Vs issue as-FIFO & LIFO and reconciliationMaterials pre-planning as per business plan as requisition done & to be achieving the BP targetCo-ordinations to materials & spares follow up with central commercial, SCM, PMO at corporate office & concerned suppliers as PR/PO materials.Materials accountability-codes, identification, warehouse layout for easily trace out each & every items at storage location. Co-ordination with materials inspection team (QC/QA) to be achieving & full fill as per quality requirements & standards. Control Logistics operations inter site level.MIS for Materials status -daily/weekly/monthly/half yearly/yearly as desired by respective management levels.Monitor & control the self-life items materials on time frame.Monitoring & control FSN stock moving materials & disposal of surplus/non-moving and scrap/DMGD materials (non-usable) through e-auction with supporting Finance Head & Project Head.To identification & control the disposal of hazards & non-hazards waste materials to authorization dealers as per system.Adequacy of legal compliancy for all materials storage related activityMonitoring & control to all master list tools & tackles, if required for calibration, testing & services.Monitoring & control the buffer stock & critical spares are maintaining for project execution and operational maintenance work.T
