I am a technology delivery and professional services executive with over 25 years of experience building, scaling, and leading large service organizations responsible for mission-critical platforms in complex, regulated environments.Across county and city governments, I have repeatedly been asked to take on the hardest delivery challenges: consolidating fragmented service models, restoring trust with demanding stakeholders, and scaling service capacity through clear strategy, governance, and execution.
