As Product Owner- Capture, refine, and prioritize business requirements for both incremental improvements and large-scale initiatives- Collaborate with Product/Business Owners of related applications and business units to develop CRM product roadmap, considering business priorities, dependencies and technical feasibility- Originate and execute specific CRM projects, work on PoCs, define MVPs, and incorporate user feedback and customer needs into the product backlog to improve usability and support adoption- Manage external development teams to ensure timely delivery and maintenance, perform user acceptance testing, create release documentation, and provide 3rd level support- Integrate and apply Agile methodologies and rituals to facilitate collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement, helping Agile teams remain organized, aligned, and focused on delivering value.As Business Analyst- Identify innovation opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance application performance, reliability and value for users and customers- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and collaborators to initiate discussions, provide updates, and facilitate decision-making across business units- Contribute to a seamless, end-to-end global customer support process by expanding and optimising existing CRM landscape.
