Since graduation from San Jose State University at the end of 2015, I have been active in the sports and entertainment industries gaining valuable knowledge when it comes to customer service and facility operations. I am looking to continue my growth as a leader within the field and further my knowledge when it comes to managing people and facilities. Responsible to respond to immediate problems that may arise within an assigned area of the event.• Assisted with house opening procedure: ensuring ticket takers and security staff is in place, opening gates/doors, checking the area for hazards, and ensuring all nearby equipment was operational.• Provide premier customer service to customers; greeting and answering all inquiries they may have. • Resolution of customer issues regarding tickets, complaints, returning lost items, providing ADA assistance, and calling for medical attention. Including taking detailed reports of pertinent issues. • Event Dispatcher, responsible for monitoring multiple radio channels for all transmissions and reporting calls to the appropriate department to resolve an issue. Often times working closely with medical response and law enforcement in resolution of the incoming call.
