ABOUT ARTURO POLICHUK

I am a Consultant at Kearney with relevant experience in strategic operations and sourcing optimization. As one of the firm\'s experts on sourcing, I have gained advanced knowledge in Coupa sourcing software and complex data modeling in Excel. I have been a key element in projects such as logistics cost optimization, growth strategy initiatives, and e-commerce growth strategies for major clients. My background in Sustainable Development Engineering has provided me with a strong foundation to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions, including my thesis on urban aeroponics aimed at promoting sustainable food production and job creation. I am also devoted to giving back to my community, backed by my involvement in social impact projects and initiatives within my community. This is especially true through the Mexican Federation of Jewish Students (FeMeJJ), where I held the position of Education Committee Director, a position highlighted by results such as working on the prevention of antisemitism in Mexico through events held in the biggest universities in Mexico City. I never get tired of learning, so in addition to school, I’ve dedicated some free time to complement my knowledge, such as programming and data analytics. During my late high school and early college years, I did some internships during the summers, which guided me to choose the right major with a real understanding of its professional life.
