I have worked both in the private and public sector for important companies throughout the community and have been recognized with awards during my career.My fellow Co-workers and peers know me as a highly motivated and committed information technology employee who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas and enroll others in the possibility. I believe that working independently an individual can grow and learn to be a committed employee although by working in a team the individual can grow and learn new efficient and effective ways to become an important and influential individual.The foundation of my success is built on strong relationships, trust, hard work, commitment, and enrolling others in the possibility to be successful. I chose the field of Information Technology because it allowed me to pursue innovated solutions to everyday challenges companies were facing. It was through building relationships with my “customers” we would be able to apply these solutions in the most effective and efficient manner.
