Planning of projects: creates the time schedule of new projects implementation regarding to the deadlines from the customer and BCS target.• Implementation of projects: coordinates activities within the plant; ensures that all departments areinformed and that their tasks are ready on time.• Tracking the status of projects: creates reports on the status of projects for the management.• Change management: coordinates changes within assigned projects from the plant point of view; createsthe time schedule of the realisation of designated changes (designs, new variants, replacement etc.)• Tracking the status of changes: ensures that the realisation of designated changes runs with the minimum amount of scrap and makes system measures to minimise scrap.• Organization of samples production: is responsible for and oversees the organisation of the production of designated samples according to the internal rules and requests; ensures material preparation for samples building; records the produced samples; is responsible for the correctness and timeliness of produced designated samples.
