The vision began in 2015 to focus on freehold residential property investment and refurbishment in specific areas of South East London in time for the Cross Rail Elizabeth line completion. Marshall Black\'s \"cash-only\" approach to property buying is our strategy to secure unmortgageable properties in need of much TLC. This means we can bypass specialised finance and bridging loan providers to reduce the bottom line, which allows us to compete with much larger investors in the property market.Our local knowledge, coupled with a highly skilled and dedicated team of experienced tradesmen enables us to complete complex renovations in record time. I personally oversee each project and ensure it is completed on time and on budget! I am responsible for the whole 360 process from sourcing Auction properties and project management to procurement, contracts, resourcing, snag works and quality control. Workload dependent, I also get hands-on with the renovations and have an in depth understanding of a wide array of building trades.
