About Art Schroeder
Art J. Schroeder Jr. is CEO of Energy Valley, Inc, a company that provides money, marketing, and management to commercialize and advance energy-related technologies. He has over 30 years’ experience in operations, engineering, construction, strategy development, and crisis management. Art is also a Co-founder and CEO of Safe Marine Transfer, LLC which has completed onshore qualification of full-scale prototype subsea chemical storage and injection unit, designed to deliver Drag Reduction Agents (DRA), an industry first! Proper application has the potential to increase subsea production 30% or more. Art is also Co-founder and CEO of Subsea Shuttle, LLC which performs the same as SMT with standard production chemicals. Art also has served on numerous professional, corporate, and civic boards and has published over 100 technical papers and has been granted patents on his innovations. He was recently awarded a Special Citation for his work by the OTC organization. Art was graduated from Georgia Tech with both a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering, and from the University of Houston with an MBA, major in Finance and International Business. He has also completed several postgraduate certificate programs and lives with his family in Houston, Texas.
