With over two decades of expertise in marketing and corporate communications, I am a dynamic marcomm leader with a creative and strategic vision. At XBP Global, I spearhead the communications function. My role encompasses developing and executing comprehensive internal and external communications strategies, including leadership messaging, public relations, social media management, business writing, team management, employer branding, crisis communication, corporate social responsibility, and online reputation management.In addition to my professional endeavors, I am a passionate and creative artist and author. I hold a degree in Fine Arts and a postgraduate certificate in Indian Aesthetics. My artwork has been showcased in numerous solo and group exhibitions, both nationally and internationally, earning me the Bharat Nirman Award for my contributions to the art world. As an author, I have published a contemporary romance novel, a collection of selected poems, and manage a blog focused on women, feminism, and parenting.Further enhancing my credentials, I have completed the Senior Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the Leadership Program from the Center for Executive Excellence at the Indian School of Business.
