About Arti Gusain
I am a global leadership development expert. Most of my time is invested in creating systems of leadership via robust succession planning and management, enterprise level leadership development and leading teams and initiatives focused on achieving individual and organisational leadership level metrics.Being passionate about leadership development I also bring similar strategies to lead organisation wide DEI initiatives and influence outcomes at organisational levels.Achieving the above requires large scale orchestration with c- suite & business leadership and industry partners to ensure leadership development is contemporary, personalised and contextualised. This strength I have developed over the years being part of global organizations that are matrix, large, and mid size.Other strengths include leadership advisory to solve complex problems and also being part of cross functional teams for multiple organizational initiatives, and influencing without authority.Teamwork and collaboration is critical to deliver the outcomes, and while invest quite a bit of my time to achieve organisational outcomes, I also volunteer to mentor and coach outside the organisation.
