I have the working experience on Environment and Quality Control - Quality control - Shift working in XRF control room for testing of daily average and hourly samples of raw materials and clinker. Raw mix design calculation and maintaining clinker quality as per the raw mix design Having knowledge of physical testing & chemical testing for maintaining statutory requirements such as BIS for cements. Monitoring and analysis of Energy performance of manufacturing equipment\'s Conducting Heat and mass balance for Performance monitoring and analysis of cement plant Documentation and Coordination with process department to achieve the energy targets provided by BEE under PAT scheme. Sound knowledge of Environmental Compliances. Sound knowledge of Emission monitoring, water testing and mitigation measure for control emission from process. Fuel mix design calculation to utilize alternative fuel in kiln. Maintaining records of various activities in the department for Quality Control. Environment: Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports for Submission to State Pollution Control Board & Ministry of Environment & Forest. • Maintain Environment report & data as per regulatory (MoEF, SPCB, CPCB, CGWA & other agencies) and legal requirements. • To ensure submission of Environment Statement & Compliance of EC, CTO, and CGWA to MoEF, SPCB and CGWA. • Submissions of Water Cess return & Hazardous Waste Return and Online Emission monitoring data to SPCB. • Coordination with various external monitoring consultancy/SPCB/CPCB/MoEF. • Environmental Monitoring (Ambient, Fugitive, Stack, Noise, Meteorological) etc. • Drinking water & waste water (pH, TDS, TSS, Hardness, Alkalinity, Chloride, COD, BOD, Oil & Grease) analysis. • STP water quality monitoring. • Ensure efficiency of pollution control equipment’s. • Carry out time to time calibration of Environmental Monitoring Instruments.
