Collaborate with various departments and provide accurate Data and expertise to Clients (US, GEN and APAC regions) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of clinical studies. Collect, review, validate and perform study Data entry into Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and manage/resolve Query Escalations (QEs). Data Visualization through MS excel, Tableau and Power BI. Creating Dashboards, maintaining team progress trackers and providing to higher management on daily basis through Power BI. Track and report metrics as determined by management- Publish monthly metrics reports and tracking reports. Validation of study-specific electronic data capture (EDC) systems Research SKU BOM structure and determine components needing revision. Organize and lead project calls and ad-hoc meetings related to projects. Perform internally required project maintenance activities through planning, executing, documenting, report generation, monitoring communicating projects including status updates, system maintenance, project forecasting, etc. SOP Documentation during knowledge transfer which captures rules, exceptions and lessons learned to enhance overall functional business success; review of SOPs on quarter- based timeline. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering on promises, meeting timelines, and always providing excellent customer service. Continually update and edit data within projects to accurately project timeline. Identify risks associated with project changes such as regulatory timing, and inventory levels, and escalate risks to cross-functional teams and management as needed.
