About Arti Jani
My journey begin in IT industry as an Software Engineer, I got a opportunity to learn and develop e-commerce websites.I have worked on 5 different core & support projects. Projects included Indian & Austria clients.1st project was based on Spring framework,Hibernate & Java, where I was a part of Backend Development Module. Here I got to understand actual development of websites pages,handling of E-commerce inventory modules at backend and various other coding frameworks.My second company gave me an opportunity to work as Associate Consultant.I was part of Security Development Project for US Client. Through this project my approach and knowledge was broaden as I got to know a new tool, understood basics of React JS, got client exposure and appreciations, understood how to handle client requirements, co-ordinating with onshore team.Also i lead a team of 7 members & interacted with HR team to handle all necessary client requirements which led my interest towards HR field.Currently pursuing PGDM in Human resources from NLDIMSR. Member of MANUSANDHAN, ALCOM (Creative Team + Content Team) Participated in E-yantra robotics competition organized by IIT.Selected in top teams in TCS codevita competition.Oracle certified 6.0
