Job Summary:NDS IT Solution is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Consultant – Talent Acquisition to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment across IT and non-IT domains. This role is key to driving the company\'s talent strategy, ensuring the timely hiring of high-performing professionals, and fostering long-term talent pipeline development aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Drive full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across IT services, consulting, and product-based teams.Collaborate closely with leadership and business heads to forecast workforce needs and design sourcing strategies.Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and headhunting.Optimize and maintain active talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.Execute employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in a competitive market.Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Monitor and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate conversion rate.Lead workforce planning and provide strategic input on organizational structuring and manpower planning.Liaise with external recruitment partners, technical panels, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring processes.Desired Candidate Profile:Proven experience in talent acquisition for IT and non-IT roles.Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities.Proficiency in using ATS systems and HR analytics tools.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong understanding of employer branding, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.Key Skills:Talent Acquisition | End-to-End Recruitment | Workforce Planning | Stakeholder Management | Employer Branding | HR Analytics | Strategic Hiring | ATS | Team Collaboration
