Hi, I’m Arti Dhole — a software developer turned Project Manager who enjoys organising work, supporting teams, and making sure projects are delivered smoothly.I started my career at FunctionUp, where I worked on backend systems using Node.js and MongoDB. Along the way, I realized I was naturally handling more than just coding — I was planning timelines, coordinating tasks, and helping teams work together.In my first job at Omnicell, I led multiple internal projects. I worked closely with different departments, managed sprint plans, refined requirements, and used tools like JIRA, Trello, and Slack to track progress. Agile and Scrum became part of my daily routine, helping me deliver better outcomes.I enjoy staying calm under pressure, solving problems, and keeping everyone aligned.
