I am a dedicated writing professional with over five years of technical writing experience. As a content writer at Microsoft I produced help desk content and documentation on Microsoft products which assisted staff to navigate accessibility software and assist end users. My goal is to look for a role where I\'m able to grow myself as a content writer and potentially slide into a Project or Program Manager role at a Fortune 500 company or Startup.
