   Responsibilities and accomplishments: • Project Manager with Open Eugene and White Bird Clinic to create an online resource directory (whitebirdclinic.org/help) • Organize an event with Citizens Foundation (citizens.is) • Connect with community partners: Commons Law Center, Hector Dominguez at Smart City PDX, Fresh Consulting, Amplified by Design • Networking on Twitter with followers up to in our first year • Attended the Code for America Summit in Oakland, connecting with the national network • Installed Consul (consulproject.org) and gave a presentation at Portland Ruby Brigade • Research open source software for citizen participation and engage in dialogue with Hector Dominguez at the City of Portland • Contact professional organizations for women and people of color in tech to ask for their participation to make our group as representative of Portland as possible • Share observations and resources with the new brigade in Eugene (in May 2019 I met with tech industry professionals there and later sent a note announcing the call for leadership when Mark Davis started up the brigade in June) • Attend town halls and community events, talk about Code for PDX and explore where we can help: we organize volunteer teams to work on projects for local government and nonprofits a•••••@codeforpdx.org
