Research, initiate, negotiate, and close external partnerships for UST including PSA\'s and MOU\'s with k-12 education, higher education, local and state municipalities, national organizations, non-profit, for profit, B2B, and civic organizations. I have full freedom to pursue partnerships based on my institutional knowledge, institutional objectives, and to enhance the reach of UST, which is a major theme of the strategic vision-Serve as senior university leadership as part of the President\'s Cabinet and close circle. This includes representing UST as a direct representative of the President by often attending events, and speaking on his behalf, if he is unable to attend-Promote the strategic vision internally by coordinating with other Vice President level positions to ensure they are fulfilling the strategic vision operationally. This includes advocating for the agreed upon objectives and advocating on behalf of the President. I oversee our project management tool, Goalscape, to provide updates to the President and Board of Directors, including presentations at board meetings-Project the strategic vision of the university to enhance external awareness. Network and cultivate new partnerships, supporters, and friends of the university. If some of these relationships do not lead to formal partnerships, they may result in laying the groundwork for other benefits-My role is to seek both conventional and unfamiliar partnerships to enhance UST\'s reach and serve as a change-agent for entrenched university practices. In a sense, I flip over a lot of rocks and find new things.
