Core Competencies:• SAS Expertise - Base SAS, SAS Macros, SAS/STAT, SAS/Graph, SAS/SQL and SAS/ODS and developing standard programs and macros. Served as business owner of industry leading in-house Statistical Computing Environment tools, driving development and adaptation to changing requirements. • Data Standards – Experienced at implementing CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, CDASH, Define.xml, Reviewers’ Guides, and eCTD.• Regulatory Requirements – In-depth knowledge of ICH guidelines as well as GCP requirements from FDA, MHRA, EMA, and PMDA. I have successfully prepared teams for inspection readiness, conducting risk assessments and gap analyses. As the process owner and SME of end-to-end procedures for protecting study blind, I have been an interviewee in a regulatory inspection as well as inspection response owner.• Interpersonal – Able to work effectively with many types of people at all levels and functions and excel at resolving differences, problem solving, and gaining alignment.• Project Leadership – My interpersonal skills have allowed me to successfully lead multiple cross-functional process improvement projects including ones to streamline Biometrics handoffs with IRT, PK, and Drug Safety. • Management – Have successfully built and led diverse teams of up-to 6 direct reports and 20 contractors, both younger and older than me.
