He has been in the financial services industry for over 35 years and founded Cooper McManus, an Irvine-based financial advisory and wealth management firm, in Cooper McManus specializes in providing comprehensive financial planning, estate planning and asset management services.Arthur considers himself an educator, teaching his clients to reach a new level of financial knowledge and understanding. He is adamant that people need to understand their current financial situation in order to make appropriate decisions concerning their future financial condition. He also believes in doing everything in his power to keep people focused on where they want to go, advise them on how to get there, and continually remind them of the importance of maintaining a disciplined approach to realizing their dreams.Arthur attended California State University, Fullerton, and went on to fulfill the requirements to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
