ABOUT ARTHUR CHUNG

Building and selling great products doesn\'t need to be hard. By leveraging the right technologies and good mindset, you can achieve even greater success! I have built a career around around my passion of technology and marketing. My passion allows me to be a quick learner to new technical concepts and practices. With an ability to adapt many disciplines, I have taken on various marketing roles throughout my career leveraging technology to enhance a product\'s strength in the market or take an idea and build it into a tangible product or service. As a Product Manager, my strengths lie in understanding people while building relationships and translating that into a great user experience. I take a creative and technical approach to building and designing while paying close attention to the finer details. When the going gets tough, I am relentlessly resourceful and not afraid to roll up my sleeves to push to the end with my team. To broaden my perspective in customer experience, I pursued a Service Advisory role where I wore many hats including Program Management and worked with a multitude of customers from every industry and all internal teams responsible for delivering that user experience step by step. In almost all interactions, we consulted on how to leverage new technologies such as IoT, UC, Security, or mobile to not only make the way they do business better, but to also build a platform for them to adapt new technologies with more simplicity. This journey continues as I want to continue following my passion to take new technologies and deliver an even greater experience for everyone.
