Arthur Webb was born in Virginia Beach, VA. His mother was a teacher, and his father was a Lieutenant in the United States Coast Guard, so he moved around throughout his childhood. He spent four years in Port Hueneme, CA, and Novato, CA, before finishing high school in Tulsa, OK. Arthur then attended Oklahoma State University where he acquired a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Post graduation Arthur moved to Southern California and for the next 24 years, he financed real estate with over $1Billion financed throughout his career. He was a Top Producer based out of the South Bay and Santa Monica, CA. In 2021, Arthur and his wife Hilary relocated to Franklin, TN with their two daughters. When not servicing clients, Arthur serves as Treasurer on The Board of Spring Hollow Early Learning Center in Franklin, his daughter’s preschool, and roots for The University of Tennessee Vols where his other daughter is a Freshman.
