I’m a transformational healthcare executive and board-certified OB/GYN with over 30 years of experience leading organizations through change—with empathy, precision, and purpose.Throughout my career, I’ve helped health systems align around value-based care, mentored rising physician leaders into meaningful roles, and designed clinical programs that elevate both safety and trust. From launching the one of the Mid-South’s first OB/GYN hospitalist program to guiding the Physician Leadership Academy at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, I’ve been honored to serve as a strategic advisor, system builder, and advocate for people at every level of care.My leadership philosophy centers on relationships.
