Arthur Novoseletsky is an SVP, Senior Benefits Consultant in the Employee Benefits Divison of Brown and Brown. With over 18 years of experience in employee benefits, he provides his clients with the necessary insight to develop competitive and comprehensive benefits programs while controlling benefits costs. Arthur concentrates in the area of Health & Welfare benefits consulting, with special emphasis on broad-based cafeteria benefit plans and consumer-driven healthcare. His special skills include financial analysis and market negotiations, funding solutions, strategic planning, plan design and the introduction of innovation and best practices to an organization’s benefits philosophy. In his role as a senior consultant, he provides strategic advice and support on all aspects of employee benefit plans, from client needs analysis and plan design to implementation and administration. He also coordinates and oversees renewal projections, RFP design and analysis, claims analysis, plan design strategy, wellness initiatives, compliance review and network review. Through his expertise, clients have the tools and guidance to optimize the performance of their benefits programs.His clients have ranged from local middle market clients to large national clients in excess of 600 employees. He has broad experience in various funding methods and analysis of optimal risk terms.
