I led a team of 1,300 employees spanning operations, engineering, procurement, supply chain, HSE, and quality. I implemented a robust Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and redesigned the function’s organizational structure to improve collaboration and customer intimacy. Notably, I delivered +$18M in efficiency savings through asset footprinting initiatives.My leadership at DuPont included leading global integrated operations for $1.6 billion and $850 million businesses, overseeing up to 8 global manufacturing locations across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. I consistently drove end-to-end supply chain performance to deliver competitive advantage. For the Aramids business, I delivered $57M in productivity savings, including scaling up next-generation Kevlar, and negotiated a monumental collective bargaining agreement with a union, delivering +$50M in bottom line savings over a 5-year contract term. In Electronics & Industrial, I consistently delivered +5% plant fixed cost productivity year over year, variable cost savings exceeding $3M annually, and reduced quality cost of non-conformance by 30%. I also trailblazed the first use of machine learning (Intelligent Process Optimization) in DuPont operations and led major ERP and OEE tracking system migrations (APO to OMP, TrakSYS global rollout).

   Provide enterprise-wide strategic and operational leadership to Elementis and serve in a broad, multi functionally diverse leadership position over all aspects of functional excellence with regard to end-to-end supply chain and operations strategy, implementing best practices, creating a culture of continuous improvement, and setting the function’s strategic direction. Responsible for a team of approximately 1300 employees spanning operations, engineering, procurement, supply chain, HSE, and quality. Manage a global manufacturing footprint of 20 manufacturing and office locations in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe for a $1.0 billion business.* Implemented a robust Integrated Business Planning process for Elementis; introduced the Portfolio Management Review and refined the Demand and Supply Review steps.* Redesigned the function’s organizational structure from a global leadership model aligned by line of business, to a regional operations model to improve cross-functional collaboration and drive stronger customer intimacy.* Delivered +$18M in efficiency savings through asset foot-printing initiatives. Consolidated 2 regional customer service centers and shifted their operations to Porto, Portugal.
