Designing and developing scalable BI/MI solutions using Power BI dashboards to meet business needs and requirements, transforming raw workforce, HR, and technology data into key actionable data-driven insights for GO & A Tech ExCo team. Managing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity, before analysing data with DAX and Power Query on Power BI. Awarded the 2024 Year End GO & A Technology CIO Award \"We Succeed Together\" Champion, as well as finalist for the 2025 Women in Tech Award for Team of the Year.
