I\'ve been practicing for more than 25 years, counseling clients and arguing cases in state and federal courts across the country. I represent insurance companies and corporate clients involved in complex coverage and business disputes, including bad faith actions. Outside of the litigation context, I also counsel insurers on coverage, claims handling and bad faith issues in many jurisdictions. My insurance coverage litigation and counseling work focuses on class action/mass tort claims, professional liability claims, personal and advertising injury claims, first party property claims, intellectual property claims, advanced medical technology claims, and long tail exposures. I also have substantial experience in defending corporate clients against statutory violation claims in individual and class action cases. Additionally, I assist clients in general commercial litigation matters and disputes, including breach of contract actions.
