Arthur has spent the past 5 years developing an international flight department efficiency model that will anticipate the needs of the Executives/Owners, ensure high-quality sustainable pilot retention plans, and meet the ever-changing demands of the business aviation industry. His passion for his product and service has proven to be a sought-after commodity within the large cabin flight department community. Arthur understands that the aircraft isn’t just a plane, it’s both a home away from home and the office extended. His goal is always to ensure that the home & office are a sacred space where customer service is paramount. As a strong believer in people over process, Arthur has created a global network of aircraft support personnel that maintain a like-minded culture of service and safety. Arthur and his team evoke a shared responsibility mindset; all parties are owners of the aircraft, the experience, and ultimately all contribute to the outcomes for the guests onboard. Having an absolute passion for his work, Arthur is consistently looking for ways to enhance his skills as a large cabin international aviator and increase the onboard experience through ensuring high morale among the crew. As a multi-award-winning scholarship recipient from NBAA, all rewards have been to advance his knowledge within the industry and bring that experience back to the aircraft. Having served the needs of his Owner and guests in over 40 countries Arthur is uniquely qualified to handle any multi-cultural challenges and provide a global on-demand product. He specializes in bridging communication gaps between crew and executives; showcasing the true value of the flight department and ROI when an organization is fully committed to its product. The most successful flight department will be the one that embraces their crew members as they would any other executive; the pilot knowledge base, backed by Arthur’s model, will design a system of longevity, savings, service, and ensure the highest level of safety.
