I am a software engineer with a passion for building accessible, semantic, and responsive applications. Having recently completed a comprehensive 800+ hour software engineering program at Springboard, I specialize in the PERN stack (PostgreSQL | Express | React | Node.js), and have developed a solid foundation in both front-end and back-end development. My current role as a senior paralegal in the real estate and economic development sectors honed my attention to detail and communication skills—qualities I now bring to my software engineering work.I enjoy diving into complex problems and breaking them down into simple, elegant solutions. Whether it\'s crafting a seamless user experience or building robust server-side functionality, I\'m eager to apply my skills in a collaborative, team-driven environment. Currently, I’m working on a website that is a clone of the NYC DOF Automated City Register Indexing System (\"ACRIS\"), a public land record website that provides access to an ever growing 125 million rows of real property and personal property data. As a user of ACRIS with 13 years of research experience with the dataset I hope to provide new search features, responsive design, accessibility and other \"quality of life improvements\" to real estate professionals.
