Here at SouthState Bank, I am able to provide mortgage loan services for home purchases, refinances, home improvements, and debt consolidation for a wide variety of clients. My area of expertise covers our niche products such as our in-house Buyer’s Advantage and Community Advantage products- both provides 100% financing or down payment assistance. We also feature our 100% Doctor loans and construction financing for those of you that chooses to build your dream home. We provide financing for USDA-100% financing, VA- 100% financing along with the standard conventional and FHA programs. I have been very fortunate to develop partnerships financing through NCHFA-(NC Housing) financing, House Charlotte Down Payment Assistance, SC Housing and other local down payment assistance programs.
