NOTE: All financing requests (BOTH NON-HEALTHCARE AND HEALTHCARE) must include at least a perfected 1st lien A/R collateralized Revolving Credit Facility (\"RCF\"). Other advanced collateral may include eligible inventory, cash, M&E, and real estate. MINIMUMS*: RCF COMMITMENT(with some exceptions), TTM Adjusted EBITDA, and TTM FCC:$25MM,$5.5MM, and 1.25x, respectively.* As of September 14th, 2023
