Define go-to-market strategy, white paper, and champion Healthcare ABL underwriting policy and procedures within the general Webster Bank ABL division.+ Originate, pitch, structure, manage split-lien underwritings, negotiate, and lead team for more extensive middle-market leveraged finance mandates across non-healthcare industries and healthcare.+ Structuring expertise around working capital, real estate-backed financings, LBOs, recapitalizations, and closing complex bifurcated ABL, cash flow structured transactions.+ Complement business development officers with COI relationship deal sector development, marketing product offerings, industry conferences, and improving execution certainty for \"story\" credits with a defensible path to stabilization. NOTE: All financing requests (BOTH NON-HEALTHCARE AND HEALTHCARE) must include at least a perfected 1st lien A/R collateralized Revolving Credit Facility (\"RCF\"). Other advanced collateral may include eligible inventory, cash, M&E, and real estate.
