I am a design engineer in the automotive industry who has experience in exterior and interior trim, working on several projects from initial conceptual stages and into production. My passion is to deliver the best product by working with design studios, cross functional teams, suppliers, and customers to integrate optional solutions into my designs.Through my 12 years of experience I have worked in various roles from individually designing parts to managing projects and teams. I have also developed a wide range of skills, my expertise is in CATIA V5 & 3DX for plastic injection molded parts/assemblies, but I have designed parts of various materials/manufacturing methods including sheet metal stamping, casting, thermoform, blow molds, and extrusions. I also have managed schedules, budgets, changes, design quality, among many other aspects of product development.I enjoy challenging projects that allow me to collaborate with other creative professionals who have similar drive to create the best product.
