This is my second stint with BI Incorporated, now totaling 28 years. Working to expand our enterprise workspace to meet industry needs by converting our legacy platform to a microservices domain-driven backend, featuring event stream processing, with an Angular.js micro-frontend application. Utilizing big data to provide business intelligence analysis across the entire enterprise. Partnering where possible, designing and developing as needed. • Overview our assets, IT processes, business development strategies and other internal functions to establish and implement changes that will increase our sustainability and prepare us for future expansion. • Play an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of the company\'s technology strategy and processes. • Partner with internal technology groups to ensure that proposed technical solutions align with the company\'s overall objectives. • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, internal innovation teams, and IT functional areas by helping them identify and take advantage of new digital opportunities while providing guidance and ensuring solutions align with the business and IT strategy. • Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the company. • Develop application and infrastructure rationalization framework to reduce technical debt. • Remain intimate and knowledgeable on cloud technologies and cloud and hybrid cloud frameworks. • Manage and facilitate a EA review board/council to evaluate project proposals for architectural fit. • Monitor new technological advances in application development and information technologies. • Partner with Information Security to ensure architecture aligns with security strategy and policies. • Partner with developers and other architects to provide consensus-based scalable and adaptable architectural product solutions.
