I help arts management professionals improve their practice and ignite their impact. As a tenured Associate Professor and Director of the Arts Management Program at American University, I teach, research, and mentor the next generation of nonprofit cultural leaders. With over 30 years of experience as an educator, scholar, author, and consultant, I\'ve worked to define, refine, and reimagine what it means to lead nonprofit arts organizations while staying human and humane along the way.I serve as Board Chair of Fractured Atlas, a national organization supporting artists and creatives.
